2. Gas storage tank

--The air storage tank is an important part of compressed air post-processing. The air storage tank can balance the pulsating flow at the outlet of the air compressor and store additional compressed air. When the system requires higher flow, the air storage tank will release the stored compressed air to maintain the stability of the system's air supply and avoid adverse effects on equipment and processes caused by the pulsating flow generated by the compressor. Due to the operating characteristics of the compressor, the pressure in the compressed air system will fluctuate to a certain extent. The air storage tank buffers these pressure fluctuations by absorbing and releasing compressed air, keeping the pressure of the entire system within a relatively stable range and improving the efficiency and stability of the system.

3. Gas-water separator

--Impurities carried by water in compressed air will corrode pipes, valves, instruments and equipment, causing an increase in production costs. Removing water from compressed air is the primary task of compressed air purification. Gas-water separator is a device used to separate gas and liquid in industrial liquid-containing systems to improve the dryness of compressed air and reduce the phenomenon of water in compressed air.

4. Refrigerated Air Dryer

--Used to remove moisture from compressed air and prevent moisture from causing corrosion and pollution in pipelines and equipment.

5. High-efficiency precision filter

--Used to remove solid particles and liquid water from the air. It consists of a Filter Element and a filter housing. The filter element can be selected with different filtration precisions according to needs. Generally divided into three-stage filters: water removal/dust removal/oil removal.

6. Oxygen generator
