Product Description


Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a new type of gas separation technology. 


Taking adsorbent molecular sieve as an example, the principle is to use molecular sieve to "adsorb" different gas molecules to separate gas mixtures. It uses air as raw material, adopts high-efficiency, high-selectivity solid adsorbent to selectively adsorb nitrogen and oxygen, and realizes the separation of nitrogen and oxygen in the air.


The separation effect of carbon molecular sieve on nitrogen and oxygen is mainly based on the different diffusion rates of these two gases on the surface of carbon molecular sieve. The smaller the diameter of the gas (oxygen), the faster it diffuses, and the more it enters the solid phase of the molecular sieve. In this way, nitrogen-rich components can be obtained in the gas phase.

After a period of time, the adsorption of oxygen by the molecular sieve reaches equilibrium. According to the different characteristics of carbon molecular sieve adsorbing gas at different pressures, the pressure is reduced to release carbon molecular sieve to adsorb oxygen. This process is called regeneration. The pressure swing adsorption method initially uses two towers in parallel, alternately performing pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration to obtain a continuous oxygen flow;
